McLean gave me an estimate to install external power for my new hot tub. They knew all about the 50 amp circuit, the emergency off switch, and any other requirements for installing electrical outdoors, next to a tub full of water. They had to hang over 50 feet of conduit as well. Super job! Update: the hot tub came, and they were out the very next day to install the wiring to the tub, then scheduled the inspection for two business days after that. They made a complicated process simple!
We needed an electrical outlet installed on the outside of the garage for some low voltage lighting. Steve was great and very prompt with estimate and scheduling, Hassan did the work. Both great guys and would absolutely recommend for others. Will definitely call them back for future work. Hassan and his guys were fast, did amazing work, and worked hard to do exactly what we needed. The finished job was better than I expected.
Once again, had McLean Electric out… This time for a high tech chanelier lift repair and to replace some old outdoor outlets. As usual, friendly, quick and professional! Conscientious with excellent work quality. Very neat and clean!

Our thermostat wasn’t getting power so we looked up a random electrician to call for advice and this company was nice enough to give us just that. Their advice saved us I’m sure hundreds of dollars and hours and hours of being stuck in our freezing cold house for even longer while we waited for someone to come fix what ended up being the simplest thing. We are new to having gas appliances and such and didn’t know about that second little power switch and he really helped us out with his advice. We are very thankful! Definitely would use them down the road if a real issue arose! Great customer service clearly!! Thank you!!!!!
The guys installed an Interlock Switch in our panel, allowing us to use a portable generator. Services included relocating a breaker to free space for the interlock, running a cable to a receptacle outside, installing the receptacle and making all necessary connections for this new capability. The team lead also took time to thoroughly explain how the interlock works and how to properly connect the generator to the receptacle.
